THE GIVE AWAY AND IT'S RULES:

The total value of this giveaway of 12 prizes is $1392.00. We will draw 12 entries to be our winners. The names will be drawn for 1st prize, then another for second prize and so on. You may win more than one prize. Our prizes also make wonderful gifts for someone special too!!! So if you win something YOU don't want, gift it!

There is no purchase necessary to enter our giveaway. If you would like to enter without donating, simply email Sarah K. at Taiwankiddo2@yahoo.com with your name and the email address you would like me to contact you at (you must include this information, or your entry will not be considered valid). You will be given 1 entry into the giveaway.

HOW TO ENTER

If you would like to help our family bring Josiah, a SpecialNeeds child home from Taiwan, you may use the ChipIn on the sidebar to donate the suggested $10 per entry. For example, if you wanted to donate $50 to our fund raiser, you would be given 5 individual entries into our giveaway.
If you donate for multiple entries, you COULD win more than 1 prize. After the winning number is drawn for the first prize, it will be removed from the pool and another number will be drawn for second prize, and so on. The more entries you have, the greater your chances of winning one of these wonderful prizes!!
We will email you as soon as possible with your numbers, after you have entered. For those who are donating for entries, we will email your numbers to the email connected to your Paypal account. If you would like us to send your numbers to a different email, or if you did not receive your numbers, please let me know at: Taiwankiddo2@yahoo.com If you do not have a Paypal account and would like to donate please e-mail me.

Give away will run until March 16th 2009. Entries will be accepted up till 11:59 p.m. on March 16th. The drawing will be held on Tuesday morning, March 17th. It will be videotaped and the winners will be drawn by our family members. The videotaped results will be posted on this blog on March 17 late. Winners will also be notified by e-mail and asked for addresses at that point so your items can be shipped. All items will be shipped regular parcel ground rate unless you want faster shipping which you may pay for. All entrants must reside in the United states of America.

WHAT IS THIS ABOUT!
(above picture is from August 2008)

This Giveaway/fund raiser is to help raise money to bring home our son from Taiwan. We are still waiting on paperwork to get finished but should be getting done "soon". These items are all new and most have been generously donated by those wishing the best for our Josiah. The money raised will get us to Taiwan to get our Josiah. We are getting closer to our final amount needed but the care for him for so long has cost us more than expected! We appreciate you helping us out and we hope you enjoy the drawing!!

About Josiah:
Josiah is now 10 months old and is pulling up on things around the nanny's house. He is developing normally and is doing great health wise since his move across island, back in August! Josiah has a rare blood deficiency which causes his blood cells to grow and duplicate differently than yours and mine. His deficiency is G6PD . G6PD means that we will have to watch Josiah's food intake to insure that he is not taking in certain key foods which can cause his little body to go anemic. We also have to monitor the simplest things that you and I take for granted such as, Tylenol, pain killers and everyday medications, we use at will. This also makes life more difficult for Josiah in a culture that daily enjoys most foods he cannot have. These foods, medicines and even minerals can prove very harmful for our new son. So please help us get our Josiah home by entering our GRAND Give away. Read above about the products, follow the links to the sites that tell about them. And most of all, THANK YOU from the bottom of our heart. IT has been a 10 month journey so far to our son from referral to now! So if nothing else, please pray for our son and our efforts!!
